Welcome to the Surf Shack — the most energetic room in the house! Two queen-over-queen bunk beds dressed in bold orange and navy set the stage for the ultimate sleepover vibe, while flanking surfboards, warm wood tones, and the iconic “Sunset Oasis” and “Surf Shack” signs bring serious beach house character to every corner. Perfect for kids, cousins, or anyone who refuses to let vacation get too serious. The room has its own attached bathroom and steps right out onto the front balcony where you can catch the breeze and watch the neighborhood come alive.
Queen Sleeper Sofa
The upstairs game room is your upstairs escape — a full-on fun zone with a “Panama City Beach” statement wall that sets the tone the moment you walk in. The lower covered patio is your private outdoor retreat — steps from the Sea Turtle Room and perfect for winding down after a long beach day. The hot tub is just steps away, making this corner of the property one of the most relaxing spots in the house.

The hot tub at Sunset Oasis is the kind of thing you’ll be thinking about all day at the beach. Tucked just off the lower patio, it seats the whole crew comfortably and is kept hot and ready to go. Whether it’s a post-beach soak, a late-night unwind under the stars, or just an excuse to crack open a cold one — this is where vacation memories get made. And when you’re done, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower right on site.

The upper patio is one of the best-kept secrets of Sunset Oasis — an open-air deck with sweeping views of the neighborhood and blue Florida skies as far as you can see. Lounge in the sun chairs, settle into the outdoor sectional, or pull up a chair at the table for your morning coffee with a view. When the sun goes down, the market lights give the whole space a warm, magical glow that’s hard to leave. Accessible directly from both upstairs king bedrooms.

The living room is the heart of the home — a bright, cheerful gathering space where everyone naturally comes together. A massive comfortable sectional wrapped in coral and navy starfish pillows gives the whole group a place to spread out, while the porthole artwork and Sunset Oasis decor keep the coastal vibe front and center. The centerpiece is the Infinity Game Table — a sleek touchscreen coffee table packed with board games and puzzles. The large Smart TV and Sonos speakers round it out for movie nights or background music.

The dining area flows naturally from the living room and right into the kitchen, making it the perfect setup for group meals and good conversation. Two stunning butcher block high-top tables — paired with the bar seating along the kitchen island — give the whole group a place to sit together, with seating for up to 16. Everything you need to get settled
You’re in a great spot — just a short walk to the beach, with grocery stores only a few minutes away. St. Andrews State Park is close by, and Downtown PCB with its restaurants and entertainment is about 10–15 minutes away.

Thermostat, safe, cameras & A/C
There are two Ecobee thermostats — one in the dining room controlling the main floor, and one in the upstairs game room controlling the upstairs.
Modes: Tap the Mode icon to choose Heat, Cool, Auto, or Off.
Tips: The system may take a few minutes to respond — that’s normal. Please don’t change system settings or Wi-Fi, just adjust the temperature as needed.
Located on the shelf in the master closet in the Sea Turtle Room. Default code is 1-2-3-4 — we recommend setting your own.
To open: Enter code → press # → turn handle.
To change code: Open door → press & hold Reset button inside (near hinge) until beep → enter new 4-digit code → press # → close and test.
Remember your new code — contact us if you get locked out. Beeping from the keypad means low battery; please let us know.
Outdoor security cameras are installed at the entrances of the home for safety and security purposes. They are positioned to monitor entry points only — there are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas. We hope this gives you peace of mind during your stay!

The Gulf of Mexico is beautiful, but it’s important to respect the water before you head out. Panama City Beach uses a color-coded flag system to communicate daily conditions, and rip currents are the leading cause of beach rescues in the area — knowing what to do can make all the difference.
